Mediterranean Meatballs

What you need:

600g Super Lean Mince

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/2 tspn rock salt

1/2 tspn pepper

1 tspn paprika

1 tspn dried thyme

1 tspn dried oregano

1 tspn garlic powder

Dash of milk

Cream Cheese

Here we go:
In a bowl place mince and dry ingredients and mix through thoroughly. Add a cracked egg and milk to form a moist patty. Roll balls into 1 1/2 inch thick balls.
Using a pasta sauce base, heat sauce in a saucepan on medium heat and place balls into sauce. Place lid on saucepan and cook on medium low heat for 25 mins. In the meantime cook fettuccine. Once meatballs are ready add a dollop of cream cheese and stir in before serving, adding salt and pepper to taste.
